Any loan or financing agreement you enter into is solely between you and that provider. Fly Legacy Aviation is not a party to it and has no authority over its terms.
All eligibility criteria, credit standards, rates, fees, repayment terms, loan amounts, and approval decisions are determined solely by the applicable provider and are subject to that provider's own agreements and underwriting.
Any general guidance we offer about qualifying — including anything said on our financing pages, by our staff, or in follow-up conversations — is general information based on our experience helping students through the process. It is not a prediction, promise, or guarantee of approval, and it is not a substitute for the provider's own determination.
Pre-qualification, pre-approval, and estimated offers are preliminary and conditional. They may change or be withdrawn following a full application, verification of the information you provide, or a further credit review.
Whether a given provider's pre-qualification involves a soft or hard credit inquiry is determined by that provider and described in its own disclosures. Review those disclosures before you submit anything.
Any description of a provider's product on our pages — including repayment structure, discounts, fees, what a loan can cover, and any comparison between providers — is a plain-language summary intended to help you understand the difference between the options. Borrowing to fund flight training creates a legal obligation to repay. The total amount you repay may exceed the amount you borrow, and for income-based or income-linked products, the total repaid and the length of repayment may vary with your future earnings.
Completing flight training does not guarantee employment, a particular income, or a career outcome of any kind, and your repayment obligation does not depend on whether you finish training or find work in aviation.
Prices and cost ranges published on our financing pages are estimates based on the aircraft noted, standard flight and ground instruction rates, and the FAA's minimum hour requirements or our typical course structure. They are not quotes, offers, or guarantees of final cost.

Fly Legacy Aviation does not evaluate, influence, expedite, or guarantee any medical certificate outcome, and nothing we say about the medical process should be treated as a medical or regulatory opinion.
Any information we provide about medical requirements is general and for planning purposes only. Questions about your specific medical history, medications, or eligibility should go to an Aviation Medical Examiner or the FAA.
Where VA education benefits are referenced, availability, eligibility, benefit amounts, and approved programs are determined solely by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and applicable federal law. Benefit availability differs by location and by program and is not guaranteed. Fly Legacy Aviation does not determine eligibility or benefit amounts.
